AMG’s Encyclopedia of Bible Facts review – Rating 9.6

AMG Publishing's Encyclopedia of Bible FactsAMG Publishing generously sent me a copy of their Encyclopedia of Bible Facts for me to do a review of this fascinating resource.   If you are looking for a resource for your studies that can really help you gain a better understanding of many different facts with the Bible and facts about the Bible, then this resource would be one you will want to add to your library.  I have used this book quite a bit when doing my recent personal studies and have found helpful information each time.  I would highly recommend this if you are interested in gleaning a better understanding of the Bible.
I would give this book a 9.6 out of my normal 10 point rating scale.  On a “5 star” scale that some websites use, I would give it a solid 5 star rating.

In full disclosure, I was not required or requested by AMG Publishers to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255 <> : “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

AMG Publishing’s Encyclopedia of Bible Facts really is a very fascinating reference book and a valuable resource. This book is jam-packed with so much information, it’s almost overwhelming. I know that I have referenced it often in my studies and will continue to do so for a very long time.

I really appreciate way too many topics in this book to be able to list them here.  If I were forced to pick just one, then I would have to say that it would probably be the Glossary of Doctrinal Words in the Bible.  It’s over 50 pages of major and minor doctrinal words giving some explanation of the word and also multiple Scripture references for them.  Very well done!

If you are someone who has any interest in studying the Scriptures in addition to reading them, then I would classify this book as a must have. The information in here will really help you understand and appreciate the Bible more. Highly recommended!  This book is one that I will reference quite often in my personal library.  I received a copy of this book in exchange for this review from AMG and all opinions are my own.

Goal of Book:

This book is to hopefully help people see the facts that are in the Bible and also facts about the Bible.  The author clearly encourages not to just use this as a fact book, but rather use it as a tool to gain a deeper understanding of the Scriptures so they can be applied to our lives.

My Favorite Part:

As I stated in my summary above, I really do like the Glossary of Doctrinal Words, but I have to be honest with you – every time that I open up this book, I find some new and exciting tool to help me in my studying of the Scripture.  It is so hard to pick a favorite and my favorite part will likely change depending on how I’m using the book at the moment.

I would highly recommend this book, and like I said earlier, this one will be a book in my library that I will end up referencing quite often.
